RightLoads Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 12, 2026
RightLoads operates the RightLoads platform, including the website at rightloads.com, the RightLoads Rate Management Engine (RME), the RightLoads Transportation Management System (TMS), and related mobile and web applications (collectively, the “Service”). Nex-Linx Inc. is the legal entity that operates RightLoads, and all references to RightLoads in this policy mean Nex-Linx Inc. RightLoads, “we,” “us,” or “our” provides trucking dispatch, load management, transportation management, and related communication services to carriers, dispatchers, owner-operators, and company drivers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you, including your choices about text (SMS) messages.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account and Contact Information
Your name, email address, and phone number;
Your company name, your role within the company (for example, company administrator, dispatcher, owner-driver, or company driver), and your account status;

1.2 Driver, Fleet, and Equipment Information
Driver details you or your company administrator provide, such as driver type, assigned equipment, and contact details;
Truck, tractor, trailer, and equipment-type information used for dispatch and load matching;

1.4 Communications
Email you send, receive, compose, reply to, or forward through the Service using your own connected Google (Gmail) account. We access your Gmail only with your explicit authorization, only within the scopes you approve, and only at your direction. Your email remains in Gmail as the system of record; we do not maintain a separate mailbox for you.
Text (SMS) messages you exchange with us, including load dispatch and acceptance messages and your replies, such as STOP and HELP requests.
1.5 Technical and Usage Information
Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and pages or screens you view;
Activity and audit records within the Service, such as load creation, verification results, and administrative actions, to maintain security and an audit trail.
1.6 Location Information
If you are a driver and your device or your company enables location updates for dispatch purposes, we collect and display location updates to authorized dispatch and administrative users for load management and pickup and delivery coordination. You can disable location sharing in your device settings, though doing so may limit dispatch features.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including load management, rate confirmation review and verification, dispatch, driver acceptance, invoicing, and reporting;
Verify your identity, manage your account, and control access based on your role and company;
Send you transactional communications, including load notifications, acceptance requests, dispatch updates, and service announcements, by email or text message when you have opted in to text messages;
Respond to your questions and support requests;
Maintain security, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and keep audit records;
Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent to send you marketing messages from third parties.
3. Text (SMS) Messaging
This section describes our SMS messaging practices and applies to all text messages we send to your mobile number.
Opt-in and consent. We send text messages only to users who have personally opted in by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box in their RightLoads account settings or on our contact form. A company invitation, account creation, or an administrator adding your phone number does not by itself constitute consent; each person must provide their own consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you are never required to opt in to use the Service.
Message types. Messages include load dispatch notices, load acceptance requests, pickup and delivery updates, and account or support messages. If we ever send promotional messages, we will obtain your separate consent first.
Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the loads and dispatch activity for your account.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out of text messages. You will receive a single confirming message, and no further messages will be sent to that number. Reply UNSTOP or START to resume messages.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any message from us, or contact us at support@rightloads.com or (559) 309-5744 for support.
No sharing of consent. We do not share your opt-in consent or your mobile phone number with any third party for their own marketing or texting purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Carrier delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only in the following circumstances. None of these circumstances permits us to sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes; mobile information is shared only with messaging service providers as needed to deliver the text messages you requested.
Service providers. With vendors that help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and text messaging providers (including SMS gateway providers). These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes or to text you on their own behalf.
Connected accounts you authorize. With services you explicitly connect, such as Google (Gmail) for composing, replying to, and viewing email from within the Service. We request only the email scopes needed, and you can disconnect at any time.
Within your company. With authorized users of your company, such as dispatchers and company administrators, according to their roles. Drivers who are employees do not see rate, revenue, pay, or funding information.
Brokers, customers, and third parties as directed. Load and invoice information is shared with brokers, customers, or funding partners (such as factoring companies) when you or your company directs us to submit it.
Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RightLoads, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you as required by law.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, maintain audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Email you handle through the Service remains in your own Gmail account as the system of record and is governed by Google as well as this policy. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Access, correction, and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@rightloads.com. Company administrators may also manage much of this information directly in the Service.
Text messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, as described in Section 3.
Connected accounts. You may disconnect your Google account at any time, either in the Service or through your Google account security settings.

California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives California residents rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sharing or sale of personal information, and protection against retaliation for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@rightloads.com or (559) 309-5744.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and secure storage of credentials and access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@rightloads.com or (559) 309-5744.
